of the list is the food and drink. All our dishes, including the daily
bread, are made from start to finish on the premises. With
conscientious attention to detail and a strong focus on sourcing the
best fresh seasonal ingredients from respected local and independent
suppliers, the quality of the food created is THE top priority at Lazy
Lohan’s Bistro. We
work hard cultivating good mutual relationships with our food and drink
suppliers. In addition, we continue to invest in growing some of our
own produce to the highest organic standards. The approach of Lazy Lohan’s Bistro to its ingredients is in step with the values of the Slow Food Movement, promoting healthy, inexpensive eating using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Organics is a small, organic farm in the Borders. Their ethos is to ‘to
grow for people we know and provide them with fresh, seasonal food when
it's available.’ Their farm shop is open seven days a week supplying
their own fresh meat, vegetables and eggs together with a wide range of
organic groceries, toiletries and wine.

K Thomson has come a long way since its humble beginnings over 50 years
ago, down by the harbour in the small fishing village of Port Seton.
Today, however, their policy of honest, hard work and a commitment to

Cheesemongers have been trading for over 15 years, bringing together
producers and consumers for mutual benefit. Now with several shops, the
aim for the future is to continue this process while continually
striving to improve. Ice Cream: S Luca, Musselburgh The
world renowned S. Luca of Musseburgh Ltd is a family run business,
manufacturing ice cream since 1908. Based in the seaside town of
Musselburgh, they also have shop in Morningside. Chocolate: Coco's, Edinburgh Coco
specialises in Fine Organic Chocolate. Coco only sells 'real
chocolate'; that is chocolate with high cocoa content and all of the
expensive & delicious cocoa butter. Coco produces all the chocolate
